How to place an order on togetbig.com ?

1. Create a customer account on roidpharma.com or just place the order in guest mode 2. Add the products you want for your cycle in your cart 3. Go to your cart, and go to the “checkout” page 4. Fullfill your personal informations and choose your payment method (Bank transfer, or cryptocurrency payment gateway) 5. Check your shipping address 6. Pay the order 7. Wait until the tarcking number is generated and sent to you

How long do i have to wait to receive my order ?

Wait until your order is packed and sent, after we receive your payment (instantly using bitcoin or two days using direct bank transfert method). Your order will be shipped : From 5 to 10 days if you live in Europe, or From 10 to 14 days if you live in the USA.

Where can i check my order's status ?

Login to your account, in the upper right corner of the homepage, once it’s done, go to your orders and click on the id of your order to see the updated status !

The product i wanted to buy is marked as "Out Of Stock"

Check others products with the same effect during your cycle, or the same dosage, we have plenty of them in our large store ! Feel free to ask us when will we receive new brands or new products !

Once your order is completed, the Bank details of our company will be displayed, Write the order reference in your Bank Transfert, and do not specify what type of products your are paying for ! Keep the money transfer details until we receive your payment.

Bitcoin Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway

Once your order is completed, you will receive a Bitcoin invoice. The invoice contains: The amount of your order in bitcoins using the properly rate at the time The address of our Bitcoin wallet, as you can see in the pictures below Afterwards : Copy our wallet address. Open your Bitcoin wallet, click on the Send Bitcoins menu section. Paste the copied address into the – Recipient field. Enter the total amount of your order in bitcoins. Click Submit. After making the payment, go to your personal account and wait until the Bitcoin payment is confirmed. Or Second Method: Open your Bitcoin wallet, click on the Send Bitcoins menu section. Click Scan Recipient QR Code. Scan the QR code on the invoice. QR code – this is the address of our wallet. Enter the total amount of your order in bitcoins. Click Submit. After making the payment, go to your personal account and confirm the Bitcoin payment. Choose the order number and the exact amount in bitcoins. This is necessary so that we can identify your payment and send you an order.

No payment's status update after the payment was made ?

Make sure that once you initiate the money transfer, you have confirmed the payment to your bank account. Sometimes you should wait until 4 business days after the payment is send, to let our bank receive it properly. If not, contact us, using the contact form.

Your order is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the final confirmation of your payment. Shipping Flate Rate for Europe : 10 euros Shipping Flate Rate for USA, Asia or rest of the world : 13 euros

How to track my order ?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you a tracking number. You can find it in “your account” in the “order” sub-section . In addition, you will receive an email notification containing this tracking number .

In which countries can you ship to ?

Mostly Europe, USA and Asia, but we can send your order in any country !

Lost or seized package at customs ?

If your package has been lost, or seized at the custom, don’t worry about it, please let us know by email and we will resend it to you.
